The PA-TIP Student Application for the 2024-25 Award Year is now available - CLICK HERE -->PA-TIP. The PA-TIP Award Year commenced on July 1, 2024. Any student terms that began as of the new Award Year will be eligible to be funded retroactively. The student application deadline for PA-TIP is May 1, 2025.
As a reminder, students who were awarded in the 2023-24 Program Year and remain enrolled through Summer term, with remaining terms of eligibility and have received a summer term award will have their PA-TIP application automatically renewed for the 2024-25 Award Year. These students do not need to reapply. If a student was previously enrolled in PA-TIP, but is new to an institution, a new application will be required. With the first selection, anticipated to be early September 2024, students who apply or are renewed should appear on your first Applicant Certification and Status Listing (ACSL). If a student is automatically renewed and still submits a new app, it will not cause a problem with their renewal eligibility.
Please be aware that until the state budget is finalized, and the maximum award is set for the 24-25 AY, PHEAA will be unable to publish the Program Guidelines or the Award Estimator. We will communicate to schools, separately, when those documents are available.
